Who are we?
Astro Rent is a division of Visuasoft BV, a Belgian technology company with years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking. Drawing on that expertise, we identified a growing need for reliable, temporary internet solutions – and Astro Rent was born.
Our mission
We believe that internet is a basic necessity, even in places where no fixed network is available. Our mission is simple: deliver reliable connectivity, exactly where and when you need it. Whether it is a three-day festival, a six-month construction site, or an emergency where your fixed internet has gone down.
How we work
At Astro Rent, we like to keep things simple and efficient:
- Listen – We start by understanding what you need. Location, duration, number of users, type of usage.
- Advise – Based on your specific situation, we recommend the best solution: a compact NetPod for a small location, or a powerful NetBox with multiple internet connections for a large event.
- Deliver – We ensure fast delivery and, for the NetBox, complete on-site installation.
- Monitor – During the rental period, we monitor your connection remotely and intervene proactively when issues arise.
- Collect – When you are done, we pick everything up. No hassle.
